The Challenge

Being a non-profit organization, Family Bridges receives important documents such as questionnaires or surveys clients fill out, grants and funding from the government, or monetary funding. These documents need to be maintained for record or easy accessibility. In order to keep track of these important documents, the switch to a paperless method was a must.

The Considerations

The transition to become paperless required that the websites layout had a clear and fundamental understanding of what their organization’s goal and vision was. This would help attract and appeal to new donors.

The Concept

In order to transition to a paperless system, we needed to have access to the important documents to manually enter it into the system. Our client put their trust in us to be confidential as we completed the transition.

The Creation

When completing this project our team took into consideration the importance it was to have a paperless system. As one of our oldest clients, we continue to help Family Bridges grow and transform into a responsive website.
