The Challenge

Elmhurst Extended Care Center needed help in a few areas. One was to increase their SEO rankings and receive monthly support. Another issue was management of their social media and ensuring content was uploaded regularly. They also needed to update their website to enhance their brand.

The Considerations

“Our vendor at the time was unable to address our needs, so we opted to look elsewhere for help. The vendor that we’d been working with had over promised and under delivered, and we rarely received a SEO report. Our website rankings continued to decrease on all the major search engines, and our website was outdated and didn’t truly represent the level of services we offer at Elmhurst Extended Care Center. We gave Connections Marketing a shot and have been thoroughly impressed at the level of delivery on what they promise.”

The Concept

Because the new site is a template site, we did have some restrictions in terms of what it could provide, but our in-house developers were able to provide custom solutions to help give our clients at EECC what they wanted.

We provide them with monthly meetings that supply them with a wealth of data on the website as well as how our social media and SEO tactics are impacting their web traffic. Throughout the initial setup process, we collaborated regularly with them via in-person meetings and phone calls to ensure the site is very much their vision.

The Creation

“We have seen a significant increase in our followers along with our targeted keywords. Now that more users are connecting with us via social media and our keyword rankings are higher, we’ve received more traffic to our website and have generated more opportunities for our company.

“Traffic to our website has increased by 40%. Page views are up by 66%. We have web inquiries on a monthly basis, and they created four different contact forms to make sure we’re appealing to different types of visitors. Nearly all of our keywords are consistently ranking on the first page now, and because of this, we are now working to expand our reach to neighboring towns.”
