Bellair Expediting was using a system from the 1980’s. Since this system was outdated it was hard for Bellair to keep up with the modern day changes, which was a conflict at hand.
It was important that we kept in mind the importance of not only helping Bellair create an updated system, but also showing them the new system in place that stores information and has easy accessibility.
We wanted to recreate Bellair’s strategy by updating their system to improve efficiency. The way we did this was through an app and responsive website.
Building the software, we took into consideration the importance of a database that needed to be accessible to all 17 offices. That is why the app was created: to not only reach the desktop user, but mobile user as well.
